Mail sent to that address is forwarded to a mailbox that is read. There is no contact form on this site, no chat widget, no support desk and no phone number — partly because none of those can be run without a server that would sit between you and the tool, and this site deliberately has no such server.
What is worth writing about
- A number the tool produced that looks wrong, together with the raw measured values printed on the page for that photo.
- A claim on this site that does not hold up, or a sentence that promises something the site cannot actually do. That is treated as a bug.
- A browser where the tool fails. Please say which browser and version, and what the status line under the Analyze button said.
- Anything on the privacy page you think is inaccurate.
What is not offered
- No guaranteed reply time. This is a one-person site, and email is answered when it is answered.
- No personal readings or one-to-one analysis of photographs. The tool does the measuring and prints its working; that is the whole product.
- No removal requests for a photo, because no photo sent to this site exists anywhere on it.
Please do not email a photo
There is nothing at this address that can process one. The tool only runs in your own browser, so the way to measure a photo is to open the tool page and use it there.
